By uploading game recordings or purchasing analysis reports from Bootlinx (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
Bootlinx provides professional manual video annotation, tactical play tagging, coordinate tracking, highlight clipping, and statistical dashboards for soccer and basketball games. All film is processed by trained human annotators to ensure accurate insights.
2. Turnaround Time & Quality Guarantee
We strive to return completed game film analysis reports within **16 hours** of receiving a playable upload. While our double-pass quality reviews ensure extremely high accuracy, we cannot guarantee zero errors due to variations in camera lighting, resolution, and play complexity.
3. Video Ownership & Licensing
Coaches, schools, parents, or clubs who upload videos retain full ownership of their intellectual property and original film recordings. You grant Bootlinx a temporary, limited license to store, process, edit, and crop the uploaded footage solely to generate analysis reports and recruitment clips for your account.
4. Compliance and Youth Privacy
If you upload game film of minor athletes, you warrant that you are authorized to do so as a school athletic director, team coach, or parent/guardian, and that you comply with local regulations and policies regarding minor athlete recordings.
